ACTING III
Course Description
Acting III is designed to continue building upon the acting technique acquired in Acting I and II. The course will delve further into the concepts, exercises and terminology of the Stanislavski technique. Students may also work with other techniques and genres, such as Meisner Technique and Rasaboxes. The course will allow students to continue to explore acting technique through monologue and scene work, focusing more intently on Shakespeare and Classical/Period Theatre. Additionally, students will continue to explore their body and voices through
more intensive movement and vocal technique. Finally, students will be able to prepare for college auditions and application through assembling their portfolios.
